16 Groups of 6 teams competing.  Top two teams in each group will go through to the Knockout Stages – the Last 32 onwards.

Winners - £10,000,000

Runners Up - £7,000,000

Losing Semi Finalists - £4,000,000

Losing Quarter Finalists - £3,000,000

Teams losing in the last 16 - £2,000,000

Teams losing in the last 32 - $1,000,000

Group stages - £250,000 per point
